Mr. Schlegel is a Principal with BBS Corporation and Mr. Doutt is the Manager of the Columbus Water Department. JHCE recently designed six 8 MG post-tensioned concrete water tanks for them. These tanks received a national award from the American Consulting Engineer's Council. They can also confirm that JHCE's design saved the City about ten million dollars over BBS's original estimates for conventionally reinforced concrete tanks, prior to JHCE's involvement in that project. |
